Interstate All Battery Makes Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 List!

Congratulations to Interstate All Battery Center for making Entrepreneur Magazine’s 30th Annual Franchise 500!
“As a third-year franchisor, we are appropriately flattered to enter at the midway point of Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 list,” said All Battery Vice President Mickey Elam. “This speaks to our incredible growth and we certainly will use this designation for recruiting purposes.”
The All Battery team took the initiative to apply for this designation, and is particularly excited since this is their first year to be considered. Only franchise companies that submit full franchise disclosure documents and whose information is verified by Entrepreneur are eligible for the ranking.
All companies, regardless of size, are judged by the same criteria: objective, quantifiable measures of a franchise operation. Important factors include financial strength and stability, growth rate, size of the system, litigation and startup costs.
Once compiled, these numbers are plugged into Entrepreneur’s exclusive Franchise 500 formula, with each eligible company receiving a cumulative score. The franchises with the highest score are named to the Franchise 500.
As a 2008 Franchise Business Review Top 50 franchisee satisfaction award recipient, All Battery can also gauge its success through independent surveys conducted by franchisees.
“From a franchise system perspective, the Top 50 is the most crucial ranking for us since it speaks more to the quality of our system as opposed to the size or pure number of units,” notes All Battery Director of Franchise Development Justin Darland. “We can determine if our franchisees are experiencing success, are they pleased with the direction of the franchise system and are we fulfilling our role as a franchisor.”
